Peak & Off-Peak Hours
Peak hours: 8:00-10:00 AM & 5:00-8:00 PM. Trains every 6 mins during peak, 8-10 mins off-peak. Avoid peak hours for comfortable travel.
Luggage Rules & Limits
Maximum luggage size: 60×45×25 cm. No bulky items, cycles, or gas cylinders. One cabin-size suitcase per passenger allowed.
Safety & Security Rules
All passengers must pass through X-ray baggage scanner and door-frame metal detector at entry. CCTV surveillance on all platforms & coaches.
Prohibited Items
Strictly prohibited: Inflammable liquids, explosives, sharp weapons, firearms, alcohol, tobacco products, and pets (except guide dogs).
Women's Coach & Priority Seating
First coach reserved for women passengers. Priority seats available for senior citizens, differently-abled, pregnant women & children.
Wheelchair & Stroller Access
All stations equipped with lifts, escalators & tactile path for wheelchair users. Baby strollers allowed in all coaches.
Mobile & WiFi
Free WiFi available at all stations. Mobile phones allowed but loud music/calls prohibited. Use earphones inside coaches.
Emergency & Helpline
Press Emergency Talk Back button inside coach for driver communication. Station helpline & CCTV monitoring room available 24/7.
